Message from the Founder

Since my first visit to Japan in 2005, my values and worldview have undergone a profound transformation. Japan is a truly remarkable country that has dramatically changed my life, and I can say without exaggeration that it has become my second homeland. With a deep affection for this country, I have carried a strong desire to contribute to the development of both Vietnam and Japan in my own way. This passion has driven me to engage in a wide range of initiatives up to the present day.

Since my student days, I have been dedicated to the development of Japan–Vietnam economic relations by supporting Japanese companies entering the Vietnamese market and promoting partnerships between Vietnamese and Japanese firms. Over the years, I have provided Japanese enterprises with market research, entry strategy planning, and M&A advisory services across a wide range of sectors, including energy, environment, IT, forestry, agriculture, human resources, smart cities, and education. These efforts have contributed to the successful expansion of numerous Japanese companies into Vietnam.

Currently, HIB upholds two core visions: “Revitalizing economic and business relations between Japan and Vietnam” and “Improving the quality of life for foreign workers residing in Japan.” Since its founding, the company has achieved steady growth year after year, building its expertise by undertaking large-scale projects entrusted by Japanese government agencies, major Japanese corporations, and even Vietnamese governmental bodies.
