VietJet Air officially launched a direct flight between Hiroshima and Hanoi on May 12, 2024. As a new direct route connecting Vietnam and Japan, it offers a convenient travel option for both tourists and business travelers.

Initially, the route operated twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays. However, starting from November 19, 2024, a Tuesday flight was added, bringing the total to three flights per week.
